Overview

Topside is a puzzle game developed by Topside Games (John Manion), built for fun, not data collection. We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. No account is required to play.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to us:

• Your game progress and puzzle completion
• Your premium upgrade status

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob: The free version of Topside displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve relevant ads. On iOS, you will be shown Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking occurs. You may decline and ads will still be shown without personalization.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to process and verify in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives a purchase receipt but does not receive your payment information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

Your Choices

• Opt out of personalized ads via your device's privacy or advertising settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Google Settings → Ads)
• Purchase the premium upgrade to remove ads entirely
• Request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us

EEA & UK Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete data held about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not collect personal data directly, most of these rights apply to our third-party processors (Google AdMob, RevenueCat) rather than to us. Children

Topside is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
