Overview

Topside: Dice Drop is a puzzle game developed by Topside Games (John Manion). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, by whom, and how it is used.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to us directly:

• Your game progress and high scores
• Your premium upgrade status
• Your app preferences and settings

Leaderboard

Topside: Dice Drop includes a global leaderboard powered by Supabase. When you play, the following information is automatically sent to Supabase's servers:

• Your chosen display name
• Your score
• A timestamp

No account or email address is required. Scores on the leaderboard are publicly visible. You may request removal of your leaderboard entry at any time by contacting us. See Supabase's privacy policy for details on how they store and process this data.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob: The free version of Topside: Dice Drop displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve relevant ads. On iOS, you will be shown Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking occurs. You may decline and ads will still be shown without personalization.

AppsFlyer: We use AppsFlyer, a mobile attribution and analytics service, to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how the app is discovered. AppsFlyer may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), IP address, device information, and records of app installs and in-app events. This information may be shared with advertising partners we run campaigns with (for example, Meta, Google, and TikTok) solely to attribute installs and measure campaign performance. On iOS, this is subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice; if you decline, this identifier-based tracking does not occur. See AppsFlyer's privacy policy for details.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to process and verify in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives a purchase receipt but does not receive your payment information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

Your Choices

• Opt out of personalized ads via your device's privacy or advertising settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Google Settings → Ads)
• Purchase the premium upgrade to remove ads entirely
• Request removal of your leaderboard entry at any time by contacting us

EEA & UK Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete data held about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. For leaderboard data, contact us and we will remove your entry upon request. For ad-related and attribution data, rights apply primarily to our third-party processors (Google AdMob, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat). Contact us at contact@topsidegames.com to exercise any rights or to be directed to the appropriate processor.

Children

Topside: Dice Drop is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The leaderboard requires a display name, so parents should supervise this interaction for younger users.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
