1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing Topside: Dice Drop ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of it.

3. Fair Play

Score manipulation, cheating, exploiting bugs, or interfering with the leaderboard is prohibited and may result in removal from the leaderboard or being banned from the App.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through Apple or Google. All sales are final except where required by law. Restoring purchases is available through the App.

5. Ads

The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Premium users do not see banner or interstitial ads, but may still see optional rewarded ads to continue after a game over.

6. Your Content

The App assigns you an anonymous display name. You don't provide personal content, and we don't claim ownership of anything you create.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topside Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
